Paul Casamassimo, DDS, MS, is a board-certified pediatric dentist, Professor Emeritus at the Ohio State University and an attending dentist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, in Columbus, OH, where he has treated patients for thirty years and served as president of the medical staff. He has authored over 400 publications on pediatric dentistry and care of patients with special needs. Dr. Casamassimo currently is Chief Policy Officer at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as a past-president and editor emeritus. He is a past-president of the Ohio Dental Association and currently serves on the ADA’s Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention and the Dental Quality Alliance.
