Elizabeth created Conforti Consulting after 20 years of private practice management. She brings experience and knowledge to her discussions in all aspects of today’s orthodontic practice. Her focus is on creating efficient and effective practice systems that provide structure, organization, and create a fun and rewarding atmosphere for outstanding orthodontic teams. Since 2013, Elizabeth has enjoyed speaking for wonderful organizations like the AAO and sharing her concepts with practices that truly go the extra mile for smiles.
