This lecture will address behavior management for difficult and special needs patients, improving the oral hygiene of your orthodontic patient, and how to correct ectopic permanent molar eruptions, posterior crossbites, and single tooth anterior crossbites in young children whose primary dentist may not have the training to do so.

Learning Objectives:

  • Better manage the difficult patient
  • Create an oral hygiene program for the "terrible brusher"
  • Provide interceptive orthodontics for children who are not old enough to have complete fixed orthodontic appliances placed
