Joyce Matlack will present tips for creating a welcoming space from reception to checkout. Whether you are building a new office or looking for fresh design ideas to increase the level of your welcome, you will find great ideas for reception layouts, styling and amenities, setting up your TC rooms, on deck ideas, welcoming patients and parents into the orthodontic bay and for check out treats and prizes.

Length of session:
