Attendees will also learn a new approach to analyzing practice performance data as Mr. Moynihan introduces the Consumer Conversion Waterfall and how to evaluate 3 critical KPI’s revealing “leaky buckets” that expose hundreds of thousands of dollars in missed opportunity for your practice. He will educate you on how to calculate each bucket and provide strategies to reduce each of the leaks.
